SCRIPT:

So, i haven't really talked about this, but last year I made some stuff for nen the lem that I never really promoted. call it, "things i thought i had to do as a designer with a business instagram." I made some stickers inspired by kitchen tiles, Italian ceramics, and lemons of course. I then built a website, cause I thought I was going to open a shop. I recruited @brownsugarprime to help me with a silly shoot to promo the stickers.. added it to the website.. and then realized, i didn't want to own a shop. At least not yet, not like this. 

I love designing things.. but I dream of collab designs before I dream of packing, shipping, and managing a store. I let the website sit in my Squarespace graveyard, let the stickers sit for a hot minute, but have built momentum this year in sharing these stickers with friends, fam, collaborators. 

I recently printed bookmarks to commemorate "In My Lola's Kitchen" and got prints of my digital drawing, "At Peace" and decided to ship these to some long time supporters of my journey. 

I started Nen the Lem Designs in 2023 as a means to overcome the regret I'd feel if I didn't seek my ideas out into fruition. 

So NTL is first and foremost a playground. A playground for set design, graphics, content creation, art, and all the musings that arise in the journey. And these packages are going to people I had gone to playgrounds with, dropping all assumptions and obligations for childlike wonder.
